The Regional Sales Director for our Cloud Product Line Specialist team will have ownership of all elements of NAS unstructured data security products across North America. This includes managing a team of AE’s toward discovering and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, executing account strategies, managing customer expansion, evangelizing & enabling on the product message internally with our field team and externally with channel / strategic partners & interfacing with Rubrik's cross functional product, GTM & engineering reams. The RD will manage a team of sellers calling into Enterprise accounts within the region while working in unison with regional leaders in Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Channel Development and Rubrik Partners to exceed sales objectives. This position will manage all aspects of the sales process and will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
