About The Position

The ISS Regional Director is accountable for the successful growth, development and delivery of services within a defined region. Coaches, trains, and leads the team within the region to drive profitable growth, using reliable and repeatable processes to establish ISS as the leading Project Management service in the industry.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and scopes
• 7+ years of construction-based leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate with customers, sales and management teams
• Self-motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process; special focus in exterior claddings and windows is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns, and search for creative solutions

Responsibilities

• Actively demonstrate, through own actions, a commitment to creating a safe workplace free of all injuries.
• Grow ISS market penetration and drive profitable growth in new construction and remodel services within assigned geographic territory with new and existing customers.
• Strategic alignment with commercial, sales, and operation teams to drive new business and ongoing customer communication
• Plan, manage and track KPIs including job profitability, project timelines, customer service and compliance with standards.
• Partner with sales team and branches to grow profitable installed services business.
• Set expectations, hire, coach, train and monitor team performance and productivity.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and serve as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for customers, sales teams and direct reports.
