Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Operations within a healthcare setting.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, compliance programs, audits, and survey readiness.
  • Experience leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and driving results in a highly regulated environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CHFM, CFM, CPMM, PE, or similar credentials.
  • Experience supporting accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections within healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading facilities operations for complex healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regional leadership and oversight of facilities operations across multiple hospital campuses.
  • Drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence through the implementation of enterprise-wide facilities standards and best practices.
  • Lead efforts to maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance, including Joint Commission, AHCA, CMS, and other applicable requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for hospitals facing complex facilities, infrastructure, and operational challenges.
  • Partner with hospital executives and key stakeholders to ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and positioned to support organizational growth.
  • Conduct facility assessments and audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support and develop facilities leaders through mentoring, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate on capital planning initiatives and facility improvement projects that enhance the patient, visitor, and team member experience.
  • Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence throughout the region.
