About The Position
Lead facilities operations for the hospital, satellite clinics, and building systems, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, regulatory, and safety standards. Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance programs, environment of care initiatives, and facility safety processes while supporting a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of hospital maintenance experience
- 5 or more years of supervision for healthcare facility equipment and system operations; chiller, steam boilers, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and air handlers
- Previous Joint Commission experience strongly preferred
- Certified Health Care Facility Manager credential preferred
