About The Position

The Regional Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the digital marketing strategy across a defined region. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of campaigns, performance marketing, brand presence, and digital customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, team leadership, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering strong results and a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
  • Significant leadership experience driving high performance teams
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital channels at a regional or multi-market level
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional digital marketing strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
  • Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns including paid media, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content marketing
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Ensure localization of campaigns to reflect regional audience preferences
  • Define KPIs and track campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Translate data into actionable insights and continuously optimize marketing efforts
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration and accountability
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed
  • Enhance digital customer journeys across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
  • Champion experimentation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and marketing approaches
  • Ensure compliance with regional data privacy and digital regulations
