Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the role will make an impact: Partner with aligned brand marketing teams to lead the development of digital strategies & aligned tactical plans while influencing the budget aligned to digital initiatives within the overarching brand budget. Lead the development of internal and external (i.e., Media AOR) KPIs and dashboards for internal Digital Marketing use while providing commercial stakeholders outside of Digital Marketing with key insights into digital performance. Continuously monitor performance metrics for aligned brands and collaborate with internal and external partners to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly to maximize performance. Collaborate across partner functions to shape processes to maximize efficiencies and impact to the business. Build and lead a team of Digital Marketers to become valued partners to all internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, and 5-7 years of relevant experience in related industry (pharmaceutical or consumer products).
  • Experience on the agency and client side preferred.
  • Experience leading and establishing new digital and social marketing programs
  • Must possess knowledge of terms and concepts used in digital marketing.
  • Familiar with web analytics (Google Analytics), media performance monitoring, and media planning,
  • Familiar with pharmaceutical marketing and medical-legal reviews desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint necessary
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate customer insight into actionable ideas that drive business objectives
