About The Position

Join our team in West Central Oklahoma by providing customer support across multiple office locations such as, Watonga, Okeene, Thomas, & Weatherford areas. We're looking for a customer-obsessed professional with a technical aptitude and a consultative sales approach to guide residential and business customers from the first conversation to ongoing success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three months of related experience and/or training with a focus in technology preferred.
  • Must maintain a good driving record and a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer experience end-to-end-from account and billing questions to recommending right-fit solutions.
  • Assist customers with basic technical concerns and troubleshoot confidently.
  • Listen deeply, follow through proactively, and close with integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every interaction is positive and memorable.
