Requirements

  • 5+ years progressive culinary leadership
  • 3+ years in a multi-unit or regional role
  • Proven experience in a hybrid full-service model — dine-in, brunch, bakery & to-go
  • Strong financial acumen (you read a P&L, you don't just cook to one)
  • Based in or willing to commute throughout the greater NYC metro

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus

Responsibilities

  • Multi-unit BOH oversight across NY, NJ & CT
  • Culinary standards, menu execution & seasonal rollouts
  • Food cost, labor, COGS & P&L accountability
  • Team development — hiring, coaching & succession
  • Vendor relationships & supply chain strategy
