About The Position

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Regional Contract Lead to join our Orlando, Florida (FL) office. This is not a remote position. The role involves coordinating contract reviewers, managing contract flow, providing training, and resolving complex contract issues. The lead will review and negotiate a significant number of contracts for both public and private sector clients, working with professional staff to address contracting needs across offices. This includes ensuring appropriate resources are available and addressing specific problem areas. The position requires organizing and managing contract activities to ensure high-quality reviews, clear advice to project managers, and dedicated partnership in issue resolution. Coordination with General Counsel on individual issues and overall contract review quality is also expected.

Requirements

3+ years experience in a related role
Relevant experience related to reviewing and resolving contracts (Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry preferred)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of AEC private and public sector contracts
Prior experience in the AEC Industry

Responsibilities
