About The Position

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Regional Contract Lead to join our Columbus, Ohio (OH) office. This is not a remote position. The role involves coordinating contract reviewers, managing contract flow, providing training, and resolving complex contract issues. The lead will review, negotiate, and resolve a significant number of contracts for both public and private sector clients. This position will work with professional staff to address contracting needs across offices, ensuring appropriate resources and addressing specific problem areas. The Regional Contract Lead will organize and manage contract activities to ensure high-quality reviews, provide clear advice to project managers, and offer dedicated partnership to resolve issues. Coordination with General Counsel is expected as appropriate on individual issues and overall contract review quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a related role
• Relevant experience related to reviewing and resolving contracts (Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry preferred)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AEC private and public sector contracts
• Prior experience in the AEC Industry

Responsibilities
