About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate regional leader for the Consultant - Law Office Administration role at IST Management. The ideal candidate is a proactive and consistent problem solver, and can adapt to the needs of a high-growth, privately-owned company. The Regional Consultant - Law Office Administration will be a critical thinker, and an integral part of growing a new division within an existing, well-established BPO and litigation support provider company. This position reports to the VP of Law Office Administration and will collaborate with leadership to lead the Atlanta, GA region for the LOA division - including driving revenue, delivering results, leading others, and consistently defining and streamlining service delivery operations.

Requirements

Experience as a Director of Administration or similar within a law firm
Ability to fulfill full time office presence at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA (located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta area)
Ability to visit client and prospect law firms around the ATL metro
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
Willingness and ability to stand, sit, and view computer screen for hours at a time

Responsibilities

Expertise in Law Office Administration - Growing the Division
Prospect and onboard new law firm clients
Engage and hire local Legal Administrators to work as Fractional Legal Administrators inside of client firms
Build and lead a team of local employees
Partner with the VP LOA to grow this division in the Atlanta market
Recruiting additional headcount to the new team in both sales and operations
Consulting and sales
Operations and workflow management
Team management
