Regional Clinical Director

MedCap Health is seeking a fully remote, full-time Regional Clinical Director to guide high-impact consultative services across multiple states. Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (multi-state preferred)
- 10+ years of NP experience in PALTC, SNF, or LTACH settings
- 5+ years of experience in leadership, education, or program development
- Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or infectious disease
- Proven success building and leading NPP teams
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, documentation standards, and value-based care
- Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms
- Strategic, confident leader who can operate at scale while empowering clinicians on the ground.

Responsibilities
- Lead specialty consult programs in the post-acute setting, shaping how subspecialty care reaches skilled nursing and assisted living residents.
- Guide the design, launch, and expansion of consult services across specialties such as cardiology, pulmonology, and nephrology.
- Work daily with physician specialists, executive leaders, NPs, PAs, and facility teams.
- Define clinical protocols.
- Oversee quality metrics.
- Mentor providers.
- Manage multi-site operations.
- Monitor dashboards.
- Ensure CMS and state compliance.
- Lead root-cause analyses when needed.
- Serve as the clinical connector, aligning specialty strategy, quality, workforce development, and operational execution.
