About The Position

This role is for an experienced home care clinical leader who will provide clinical leadership across multiple locations, mentor nursing teams, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. It is an opportunity for a Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Director to expand their leadership experience and make a meaningful impact across an entire region. The position requires extensive travel throughout the assigned region and candidates must reside in Texas or Colorado.

Requirements

• Current RN license with an unencumbered Compact License (Texas or Colorado)
• Minimum of five (5) years of home care or home health experience
• At least two (2) years of clinical leadership experience
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region
• Reside in Texas or Colorado

Nice To Haves

• Private duty nursing experience preferred
• Home infusion therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Clinical Director for assigned offices and provide leadership.
• Support and mentor clinical staff across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and company clinical standards.
• Coach and develop clinical leaders and nursing staff.
• Assist branch offices with survey readiness and plans of correction.
• Collaborate with operational leadership through Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Provide limited clinical on-call support to assist with triaging clinical issues as needed.
