Requirements

  • A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous clinical director experience.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others.
  • Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Organize effective clinical operations at Valencia and Westlake locations
  • Find and implement necessary technologies for clinical services development at the Valencia and Westlake office
  • Monitor and Develop Psychotherapy and Intensive Outpatient Programs
  • Participate in long-term planning for budget, production, and staffing
  • Ensure compliance with approved policies and standards
  • Assist in clinic expansion planning and execution
  • Oversee clinical treatment programs and quality assurance
  • Manage scheduling and create new openings for services
  • Prepare new clinicians for treatment modalities
  • Improve department productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff
  • Supervise supervisors, associates, and licensed therapists
