About The Position

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for an entry-level regional driving position transporting dry van freight east of I-35. The role offers predictable regional routes, consistent miles, and 100% no-touch freight. Drivers operate late-model, fully equipped and well-maintained Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions. Annual compensation is $73,000 to $86,000, with home time of two days every other week. No prior professional driving experience is required. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and have completed at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months.
Minimum age of 21 years.
Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, as required by federal regulations.
No prior professional driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to schedule.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch and follow customer delivery instructions.
Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and on the road.
