About The Position

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for an entry-level regional driving position. Drivers transport dry van freight on regional routes east of I-35, with consistent miles, predictable schedules, and 100% no-touch freight. The role is designed for new drivers who have completed truck driving training; prior professional driving experience is not required.

Drivers operate late-model, well-maintained Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions. Annual compensation is $73,000 to $86,000, and home time is two days every other week.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
• Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse as required by federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to schedule.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch and follow customer delivery instructions.
• Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and on the road.
