About The Position
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for an entry-level regional truck driving role. Drivers transport dry van freight on routes east of I-35, with consistent miles, a predictable regional schedule, and 100% no-touch freight. Annual compensation is $73,000 to $86,000, with home time of two days every other week. Drivers operate late-model, well-maintained Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
- Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, as required by federal regulations.
- No prior professional driving experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to schedule.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch and follow customer delivery instructions.
- Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and on the road.
