About The Position

Join an expansive regional dry van network servicing the 11 Western states. We are currently accepting applications for our Western division, offering a structured environment for both CDL-A graduates and established road professionals. Our model is built on high-volume lanes, no-touch freight, and a reliable 14-day rotation schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Minimum age of 21).
• Accredited CDL school completion (120+ hours) or 6 months of verifiable OTR.
• Successful completion of DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Solid employment history.

• Established road professional (for those not entering the entry-level program).

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle.
• Service the 11 Western states.
• Adhere to a 14-day rotation schedule with bi-weekly home time.
• Handle no-touch freight.
• Participate in on-road development for 4-6 weeks if a CDL-A graduate.
• Focus on mountain driving, log-book management, and Western regional navigation during training.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset.
