Haul consistent regional flatbed loads with a dedicated Western Star, while spending most weekends at home. Requirements

Hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and 3+ years of commercial driving experience.
Must be at least 25 years of age.
Safety-Conscious: Aware of your surroundings while driving and securing flatbed loads.
Active: Able to climb on trucks and trailers and safely strap and tarp flatbed loads.
Good Communicator: Interacts respectfully and politely with customers.
Accountable: Work independently, manage your time, and solve problems that come up on the road.
Team-Oriented: Be dependable, respectful, and willing to pitch in as part of our hardworking, family-oriented team.

Responsibilities

Haul commercial flatbed freight to the Indiana area and bring treated lumber back to Pennsylvania.
Drive a dedicated Western Star tractor with a sleeper cab and 48-foot flatbed trailer.
Secure each load using the proper straps and equipment before getting on the road.
Tarp treated lumber and other loads as required and remove tarps and straps upon arrival.
Complete approximately two regional runs per week, typically spending three to four nights on the road.
Inspect your truck, trailer, and load to ensure everything is safe and road-ready.
Follow DOT regulations and safe driving practices throughout every trip.
