About The Position

We are a Michigan-based, family-owned trucking company looking for two experienced CDL A Drivers. This is a W-2 role. Drivers must report to the terminal in Jenison to start their run each week, and trucks cannot be taken home. The schedule involves being out 5 days with a minimum 34-hour reset each week. There is flexible scheduling, with at least 2 loads per week, leaving Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. Dispatch is non-forced.

Requirements

Must be fully willing to run the East (no NYC required, but East is mandatory).
Must be able to run two trips weekly, totaling 2,600–3,300 miles.
Valid, up-to-date Class A CDL.
No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years (layoffs, closures, unemployment reviewed case-by-case).
At least 2 years of CDL A driving experience (local applies).
Pass a urine drug test.
Complete DOT file work and drug screen through Fleet Compliance Group.
Complete a road test.

Responsibilities

Report to the terminal in Jenison to start their run each week.
Run the East region covering MI, OH, and PA, with occasional runs into NY, NJ, and DE.
Complete two trips per week, typically to Eastern PA or NY/NJ.
Achieve 2,700–3,300 miles weekly.
Complete a road test with the hiring manager.
