About The Position

This is a regional driving position with a pay of $0.67 - $0.70 cpm, averaging 1,800 miles per week. The lane covers CT, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, OH, RI, and VA. The work week consists of 6 days with a 34-hour reset. Days off will vary weekly, typically including a Saturday or Sunday. Drivers must be comfortable with night driving, with start times between 17:00 and 03:00, and should expect to be on the road overnight three times per week. The freight is frozen food, and drivers will handle backhauls on certain loads. On average, drivers will manage 3-5 loads with 6 stops per week, including 3-4 outbound loads. Unloading is primarily handled by lumpers, but drivers may be asked to assist.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Ability to drive at night.
• Comfortable with overnight driving.
• Ability to handle frozen food freight.
• Willingness to perform backhauls.
• Ability to complete a 34-hour reset.
• Willingness to assist with unloading (lumper assistance).

Responsibilities
