About The Position

Regional driver opportunity running a pre-loaded route out of Charlotte, NC. This is a high value, no touch freight account with home weekly time and dedicated fleet manager support. Drivers will operate within North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Night driving is required, and trucks must remain parked at the distribution center. Drivers cannot go home with a load, but may run other regional areas and pick up backhauls. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

At least 22 years of age.
Active CDL A with 1 year of tractor trailer experience in the past 5 years, or 6 months in the past 24 months.
Current DOT medical card.
Clean abstract: max 4 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in the past year), max 3 chargeable accidents in 3 years (max 2 in the past 12 months).
No DUI/alcohol related conviction in the past 10 years.
No felony theft conviction in the past 10 years.
Stable work history and good references required.

Responsibilities

Run a pre-loaded route out of Charlotte, NC.
Operate within North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
Perform night driving.
Keep trucks parked at the distribution center.
Cannot go home with a load.
May run other regional areas and pick up backhauls.
Daily check-in required via Samsara or call in.
