About The Position

Drive a dedicated regional retail account for Dollar Tree from Ridgefield, Washington. The account carries all dry freight, with 2–4 loads per week and 3–4 stops per load. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and travel routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. Drivers are home weekly and receive a weekly 34-hour reset. Day and night shifts are available, and days off vary based on freight demand. Time off may be reduced during the holiday season. Pay is $29.00–$30.50 per hour for 0–48 months of experience and $31.00 per hour for 49–200 months of experience, plus overtime. The posting lists average weekly pay of $2,000, average annual pay of $103,475, top weekly pay of $2,550, top annual pay of $132,497, a Safe & On-Time Bonus, and a $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus. Drivers use dedicated sleeper equipment and dry van trailers. Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, Washington, must have a safe and authorized place to park the truck.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Comfortable unloading freight with rollers.
Able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
Available for day or night shifts.
Flexible with days off based on freight demands.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical Card.
Drivers with SAP status are not accepted.

Responsibilities

Drive a dedicated regional Dollar Tree retail account.
Transport all-dry freight on routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California.
