About The Position

Operating exclusively within the Northeast region this role offers a consistent schedule with a focus on regional logistics. Drivers will manage tailgate deliveries using a pallet jack for unloading at designated stops. This position is open to both professional operators and recent commercial driving school graduates. The Trainee Development Program includes paid on-road instruction lasting four to six weeks with a certified instructor, focusing on regional navigation and safety, with guaranteed weekly compensation throughout the training duration. Experienced operators can expect earnings between 1500 and 1700 USD on average per week, with a mileage rate of 0.80 to 0.85 CPM depending on previous background. Annual performance-based increases of 0.01 CPM are offered up to the maximum rate. The typical weekly volume is between 1800 and 2000 miles, with an additional 80 USD provided for every unload stop. Operations are localized to the Northeast with no cross-country transit, offering reliable weekly home time for a full 34-hour reset. Schedule options include Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, with assigned routes and predictable delivery windows.

Requirements

Current Class A Commercial License
Minimum age of 21
No significant violations on driving record or MVR
Successful completion of DOT mandated physical and drug screening
Recent graduates must show proof of 120-hour program completion from a recognized driving academy
Experienced drivers require 6 months of documented employment
