About The Position

We are currently expanding our W2 fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (East of I-35), offering a highly efficient freight network for both entry-level and experienced drivers.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class A CDL.
- Successful completion of a DOT physical and drug screening.
- Commitment to safety and a verifiable clean driving history.
- Qualified graduates of accredited CDL schools (120+ hour programs) for the training program.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Engage in dedicated dry van operations with 70% Drop and Hook and 100% No-Touch freight.
- Adhere to strategic route planning and maintain consistent year-round volume primarily in the Eastern half of the U.S.
- Master ELD compliance, trip planning, and advanced safety inspections during the training phase.
- Transition to solo driving following a comprehensive performance evaluation.
