The company is expanding its W2 fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (East of I-35), providing an efficient freight network for both entry-level and experienced drivers. The role involves operating assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors for dedicated dry van operations, with 70% Drop and Hook and 100% No-Touch freight. Strategic route planning and consistent year-round volume are primarily in the Eastern half of the U.S. Professional dispatchers and 24/7 maintenance support are provided. A structured 3–5 week paid training phase is offered for qualified graduates of accredited CDL schools (120+ hour programs) to master ELD compliance, trip planning, and advanced safety inspections, transitioning to solo driving after a comprehensive performance evaluation.
