This position is for a Regional CDL-A Driver to join a W2 fleet operating across the Eastern U.S. corridor (East of I-35). The role offers a highly efficient freight network for both entry-level and experienced drivers, with a focus on modern equipment, driver support, and financial stability. Drivers will operate assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors for dedicated dry van operations, primarily handling 70% Drop and Hook with 100% No-Touch freight. The company provides strategic route planning, consistent year-round volume, professional dispatchers, and 24/7 maintenance support. A structured 3–5 week paid training program is available for qualified CDL school graduates to master ELD compliance, trip planning, and advanced safety inspections, transitioning to solo driving after evaluation.
