About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Regional Driver for our roller unload, 100% touch freight operation. Drivers can expect to average $1,750 per week, with top performers exceeding $2,000 weekly. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid incrementally over the first 180 days. The rate structure features experience-tier base rates from $0.77 to $0.80 CPM, with all-in rates reaching up to $1.44 CPM when factoring in unloads, stops, and load bonuses. Additional pay includes $265 for trailer unloads, $15 per stop, $35 for backhaul, and an extra $125 weekly for pulling 3 or more loads. The dedicated regional lanes cover VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV, with approximately 1,100 miles driven weekly. This position involves 100% manual roller-unloads with 1-6 stops per trailer. Drivers will receive a guaranteed 34-hour reset at home each week and should be prepared for night runs, weekend shifts, and holiday dispatch as needed.

Requirements

• Active Commercial Driver's License (Class A)
• At least 90 days of verifiable CDL-A experience in the past 3 years
• Physical capability to handle live retail store unloads
• Good driving history and clean background check (Non-SAP compliant account)
• Ready to bring 2 weeks of personal gear to onboarding
