Dedicated Regional CDL-A: Weekly Home Time + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
This dedicated regional account offers flat $0.75 CPM pay regardless of experience, heavy accessorial rates, late-model trucks, and weekly home resets. The role involves 100% touch freight, requiring drivers to unload using roller systems. The running area covers 12 states: IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO. Drivers will operate late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors. The schedule includes overnight driving with early morning store deliveries and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holiday runs when scheduled. A secure truck/trailer parking requirement is in place for home time.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 90 days of verifiable CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years.
- Physical capability to perform roller-system unloads safely in extreme temperatures.
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude.
- Clean MVR (driving record) and background check.
- Ability to bring personal gear and clothing for two full weeks to orientation.
- Must have secure truck/trailer parking during home time (personal property or gated location with two forms of security; no parking at retail stores or unsecured locations).
- Not SAP friendly.
