About The Position

Gastro One, a leading name in GI care, is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to oversee business operations across three high-performing ambulatory surgery centers in Germantown, TN, and Southaven, MS. This is an on-site, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Administrator. The position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and is ready to make a lasting difference in both patient care and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 5+ years of business office management experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong background in payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and financial operations
• Familiarity with Advantx or similar automated accounting systems
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Experience working with a broad range of third-party payers

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, customer-service-focused business office team, including surgery scheduling, patient admissions and registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle management.
• Manage monthly financial close.
• Provide payroll oversight for approximately 200 employees.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Handle hiring, training, and performance management of the business office team.
• Lead process improvement initiatives with autonomy and purpose.
