Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience
Proven track record achieving results.
Strong understanding of automotive finance compliance and lender relationships
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to perform in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
The role is based in Sycamore - Ability to travel weekly between Sterling IL, Lake Bluff IL and Sycamore IL

Responsibilities

Present and sell finance and protection products including service contracts, GAP coverage, and ancillary protection products
Utilize a professional menu-selling process to maximize customer value and product penetration
Achieve and exceed performance goals related to PVR and product sales
Ensure all deals are processed accurately, compliantly, and funded in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners and dealership sales teams
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to all compliance standards and dealership policies
Provide regional support as needed across multiple dealership locations
