About The Position

The Auto Finance Market Manager III is responsible for indirect retail & commercial business within the applicable markets. This role develops indirect and commercial business through new vehicle franchised dealers via coaching/leading a team of Retail and Commercial Relationship Managers. Responsibilities include effective leadership, team building, collaboration with commercial / indirect underwriting teams, analysis, planning, marketing, budget management, compliance, risk management, and customer service. The role requires making decisions and acting in accordance with established policies and procedures, and adherence to all relevant consumer & commercial compliance laws, regulations, and audit results. The position also involves cross-selling other bank products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
10+ years experience in Auto Finance to include both indirect and commercial lending
