About The Position
Lead the Finance Team. Drive Performance. Make Your Mark. MileOne is now hiring a high-performing Regional Automotive Finance & Insurance Director to lead F&I operations across our successful Harrisburg-area platform. This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive F&I leader who knows how to develop talent, drive revenue, and build high-performing teams. You’ll lead an 8-person F&I team while partnering with dealership leadership to improve performance, training, and the customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of automotive finance and insurance experience
- Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads experience
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, automotive software, internet applications, and math
- Proven leadership experience coaching, motivating, and developing teams
- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and solutions-oriented
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve F&I revenue, penetration, profitability, and performance goals
- Hire, train, coach, and develop F&I and sales teams while ensuring consistent use of the MileOne F&I process
- Lead daily training on automotive finance, insurance, protection products, finance programs, and customer service
- Build lender relationships and secure competitive rates, programs, and alternative financing options
- Partner with Sales Managers to improve F&I turnover, finance penetration, dealership profitability, and sales performance
- Oversee reporting, forecasting, budgeting, paperwork, fee collection, and compliance with federal, state, and local F&I regulations
- Partner with leadership and manufacturers on F&I training, development programs, licensing, and best practices
