Requirements

  • Experienced Regional Assessor
  • Ability to manage a client base of driveway installers and landscape contractors.
  • Ability to maximise demand through relationship building and streamlined assessment procedures.
  • Ability to engage with a pool of contractors and landscapers associated with Marshalls.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with accredited members daily, drive loyalty and mediate installation issues.
  • Ability to liaise with accredited members and on-board new members to the scheme and drive loyalty.
  • Ability to work and liaise with the team to deliver profitable sales and work towards achieving set commercial goals.
  • Ability to complete the CRM at the appropriate time to ensure accurate records of customer interaction are maintained.
  • Ability to accurately report the findings of site investigations in relation to guarantee claims regarding workmanship defects ensuring that all aspects of the terms and conditions are explored.
  • Ability to report any suspected misuse, or unauthorised use, of any Marshalls, trademark or logo, and to report competitor activity and market information.
  • Ability to demonstrate as appropriate and promote the range of products which ensure contractors use best site practice, health & safety and potentially lead to profitable sales.
  • Ability to encourage Register members to enter the annual awards with the aim of increasing the mix, volume and installation standards within the membership and completing any judging with the necessary integrity expected from a suitably qualified and experienced individual.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the hard landscaping, building, or roofing products industry.
  • Familiarity with Marshalls' accredited scheme and products.
