About The Position

Under the Executive Director’s leadership, the Regional Administrative Manager directs front office, authorization, and surgical scheduling workflows to ensure seamless clinical administration. This role actively collaborates with senior leadership to formulate strategic objectives and ensures that all regional operations align with executive priorities. Leads high-impact strategic initiatives, partnering with cross-functional management to develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with administrative, clinical and support staff to accomplish the goals of the program.
  • Maintains awareness of the OR schedule to assure an effective and functional environment and able to schedule surgeries and coordinate with the patient, provider and facilities (ENT).
  • Skill in directing/mentoring others in clinical needs and workflow.
  • Planning and organizing, communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, customer service orientation, problem solving, judgment, decision making, confidentiality, integrity and stress tolerance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day functions of front office, authorization, and surgery scheduling teams to ensure operational excellence and seamless patient care.
  • Review and audit processes and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency. Implement consistent policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical administrative personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
  • Ensure all departmental activities strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations, healthcare laws, and accreditation standards.
  • Drive collaborative initiatives with insurance groups and surgery centers to foster productive, long-term relationships.
  • Participates in and contributes to the continuous EHR (EPIC) improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other functional leadership to improve efficiency, project outcomes and quality metrics for clinical administrative projects.
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others. Coordinate patient care with team members and other appropriate departments.
