About The Position

The Regional Admin Manager is responsible for all administration functions within a specific Region, directs and coordinates all administration work, and supports services within departments and local branches or satellite offices. The Regional Admin Manager also performs administration duties supporting the needs of operations/management, manages and coordinates projects, events, and company meetings, provides input to decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility, provides input into developing the budget, and resolves escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of Administrative Management / Administration Operations Management / Multi-Branch Administration Management coupled with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative office experience with direct experience and knowledge of: Managing Administrative Staff and Managers, Reporting, C/S, Sales Order Entry, Contracts, billing, invoicing, and auditing.
  • Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent coupled with a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience
  • Must be willing to travel 10% - 15% to SE Regional Offices
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
  • Must have a good driving record.
  • Technical proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite is a must to include proficiency with Excel; ERP and CRM system experience is also very important, as is experience with BI Reports and Dashboard and knowledge of ERP systems as well as some degree of familiarity with AI.
  • Successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer relation skills, high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen sense for details.

Responsibilities

  • Manage designated administration support, carrying out the selection, training, orientation, and work assignment functions associated with these roles.
  • Assure all administration work within the Region is completed timely and accurately.
  • Assure the company’s telephone coverage and customer service standards are met.
  • Review, evaluate, and measure employee performance against company goals and standards and establish target for improvement when necessary; recommend promotion/job change and/or compensation changes for employees under assigned responsibility on pre-determined and timely basis.
  • Efficiently manage, provide leadership for and develop staff through effective communication, coaching, training and development for continued success and/or future advancement.
  • Assure proper staffing and training requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies.
  • Determine staffing levels and oversee employee scheduling and foster a cooperative and harmonious, can-do, working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
  • Address and resolve all employee concerns/issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize company software and proprietary systems to timely generate reports for operations/management’s review of current operation status compared to meeting overall performance objectives.
  • Participate in planning process and establishing goals and objectives.
  • Keep abreast with all organization changes and business needs.
  • Ensure administration staff has clear direction regarding daily tasks as well as providing continuous oversight and encouragement for the team regarding creative ways to improve and evolve administration processes and procedures.
  • Train administration staff on superior customer service skills and monitor overall customer service between all divisions.
  • Lead the administration team with well-constructed meetings, consistent communication, and clarity of the administration team.
  • Audit and calculation of all commission and incentive programs within the Region.
  • Lead local or corporate sponsored events
  • Ability to work additional hours as required
