As a Regional Account Manager, you own a defined long-tail territory of Wodify customers (between ~500–750 accounts). You’re responsible for driving retention, increasing ARPU, and strengthening product adoption through structured quarterly engagement, proactive outreach, and revenue-focused conversations. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in reducing silent churn, identifying growth signals, and ensuring every customer in your territory feels supported—even at scale.
