About The Position

As a Regional Account Manager, you own a defined long-tail territory of Wodify customers (between ~500–750 accounts). You’re responsible for driving retention, increasing ARPU, and strengthening product adoption through structured quarterly engagement, proactive outreach, and revenue-focused conversations. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in reducing silent churn, identifying growth signals, and ensuring every customer in your territory feels supported—even at scale.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role (Support, Onboarding, Sales, or Account Management)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and process-driven
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio
  • Growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined long-tail territory of ~500–750 accounts, executing structured quarterly outreach to ensure full coverage and meaningful touchpoints with every customer.
  • Drive expansion revenue through high-velocity add-ons, signal-based outreach lists, and disciplined pipeline tracking and follow-up.
  • Identify at-risk signals—engagement gaps, feature adoption trends, processing volume—and take proactive steps to reduce silent churn across your portfolio.
  • Leverage trigger dashboards to prioritize outreach, identify feature underutilization, and recommend relevant add-ons to stabilize business health and increase product adoption.
  • Partner with Support, Onboarding, and Sales through defined escalation and routing processes, and provide structured feedback on expansion trends and adoption friction observed in your territory.
  • Balance relationship-building conversations with revenue-driving opportunities, serving as the primary growth contact for your accounts.
