Reporting to the Franchise Lead –Rare Bone, Endocrine Disorders, and Rare Tumours, the Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for ensuring that territory HCPs are aware of and understand the detrimental consequences of HPP, a rare metabolic disorder, in this patient population. Due to the severity of these diseases, it is crucial that patients have access to accurate diagnosis and treatment. To ensure best patient outcomes, you are responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships, for creating referral and diagnostic pathways, and for developing and executing key account/customer plans through Key Account Management (KAM) and effective coordination with your medical partners. In addition, close collaboration with internal cross functional partners, and an in-depth understanding of customer needs and priorities is essential for the successful development and execution of KAM plans aimed at surpassing key business metrics.
