Job Overview Reporting to the Director, Sales & Marketing, the Regional Account Manager (RAM) - Montreal & Ottawa is responsible for driving revenue growth and retention across iQ Offices’ Montreal and Ottawa portfolios. This role combines full-cycle sales, broker relationship management, and member retention strategies to meet annual occupancy goals. The RAM will actively manage inbound leads, maintain a strong pipeline, convert prospects into members, and foster long-term relationships with brokers and existing members. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional with strong sales acumen, organizational excellence, and a customer-first mindset. You will also work closely with the Sales Administrator to ensure efficiency in lead management, CRM hygiene, and sales operations. This role requires regular weekday on-site presence at iQ Offices, with the expectation of being in the office five days per week, with occasional flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will be based in either Montreal or Ottawa.
