Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities with independent grocers and expand our customer base through value-added offerings that make Climate Pros unique from the competition.
  • Achieve the annual sales plan by developing a comprehensive sales approach that aligns with business goals, market opportunities, and customers' objectives to drive consistent plan achievement and NPI growth, leading to the achievement of overall revenue and bookings targets.
  • Build a consistent and reliable sales process for delivering on objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at key customers.
  • Contribute to the optimization of customers in the Independent Grocery market.
  • Manage and identify opportunity pipelines, develop effective sales plans, maintain sales reports, and develop market and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies, securing senior internal stakeholder support and then delivering against the execution of these strategies.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
