About The Position

This role is for an experienced B2B outside sales professional who enjoys selling complex technology, building long-term customer relationships, and managing consultative sales cycles. The ideal candidate will represent industry-leading technology used by universities, hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, and elite sports organizations to measure and understand human movement. This role is ideal for a driven outside sales professional with experience in business development, territory management, and B2B sales.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of successful B2B technical or capital sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling office technology, document management solutions, managed print services, production print, capital equipment, industrial equipment, business technology, or other complex B2B technology solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Willingness to travel as required throughout the assigned territory 25-50%.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into one or more of the following markets: Higher Education, Healthcare, Government, Commercial Enterprise, Research Organizations, Sport Performance Organizations.
  • Familiarity with biomechanics, motion capture, EMG, force plates, gait analysis, rehabilitation technology, sports performance technology, or human performance systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and territory development.
  • Develop and grow existing customer relationships while identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Build relationships with customers and key decision-makers across universities, healthcare organizations, and performance institutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives.
