About The Position

The Regional Account Liaison - (Specialty Sales) is responsible for driving the adoption and appropriate use of multiple specialty therapies within an assigned territory. This role builds strong relationships with advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders by providing product education, clinical support, and customer service while achieving territory sales objectives. The role combines pharmaceutical sales, account management, clinical education, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to interpret clinical studies and communicate scientific information effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

  • Experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promote various specialty products to private practices, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and integrated health systems.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influential healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with specialty pharmacies and reimbursement teams to help address patient access challenges.
  • Analyze market trends, prescribing patterns, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual educational presentations for healthcare providers and office staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance using CRM systems.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to deliver a coordinated customer experience.
  • Attend regional and national conferences, educational programs, and industry meetings.
  • Ensure all activities comply with FDA regulations, company policies, and industry compliance standards.
