About The Position

As Flock accelerates its growth across public sector law enforcement agencies, expanding our presence within key regional markets requires dedicated field sales execution. Driving adoption across single-market territories demands an established sales professional who can generate local demand, build strategic agency partnerships, and navigate full-cycle software deals. You will own demand generation, lead consultative software sales, and build lasting partnerships that strengthen public safety across your territory.

Requirements

Demonstrated full-cycle software sales experience, with an emphasis on outside or field sales execution within a defined territory.
Capability to execute outbound prospecting strategies, self-source leads, and build net-new pipeline.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to digest technical product capabilities and articulate them as a subject matter expert.
Consultative approach to solving customer challenges, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience working within a high-growth startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle software sales across a defined public sector territory, managing demand generation, product demonstrations, consultative discovery, and contract closing.
Build and execute an outbound prospecting strategy to identify new business opportunities and expand agency partnerships within your market.
Establish relationships with law enforcement leaders, dispatchers, and community liaison partners to generate agency referrals and expand pipeline.
Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that position Flock's software and technology capabilities against specific agency operational needs.
Maintain accurate territory forecasting and pipeline tracking within internal systems to ensure consistent revenue production.
