Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a sales role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and cold calling
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or related field
  • Ability to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success
  • Ability to engage prospects and clients in a relationship-driven sales approach by acting as a trusted advisor who seeks to understand the client's needs and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions
  • Utilization of sales enablement tools to support the sales process and improve overall client experience
  • Ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments
  • Skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare/Hospital industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS software solutions
  • Experience with Salesforces and/or Gong a plus

Responsibilities

  • Independently managing time and territory to maximize sales calls, demonstrations, and closed deals, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients, including detailed demonstrations of education, compliance, clinical solutions, and professional services.
  • Prospecting for new clients through daily email and phone campaigns.
  • Consistently and meticulously using the Relias Salesforce system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Effectively documenting and maintaining Salesforce data.
  • Utilizing technology to facilitate presentations and client calls.
