About The Position

Puretec Industrial Water is seeking a hands-on Regeneration Technician to support production at its San Jose plant. The company transforms city water into ultra-pure deionized water for critical industrial applications. The technician will help manage tank inventories, maintain and test membranes, clean RO membranes, document production and quality activities, and support material deliveries. The role involves collaboration with technicians, plant managers, and purchasing teams in a fast-paced plant environment. Training in water treatment technology, equipment repair, and industry innovations is supported.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other equipment used in the delivery process.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work around occasional noise, mechanical parts, and vibration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tank levels and maintain accurate inventory records for tanks, resin, acid, and other production materials.
• Load and maintain membranes, conduct tests, and clean RO membranes according to established guidelines.
• Maintain production, quality-control, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with technicians, plant managers, and purchasing teams to support smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Help move materials using forklifts, dollies, and other equipment.
