About The Position

The Revive Service & Restoration Crew is specially trained to work with coffee and tea brewing equipment. Our team of experts are certified through a proprietary, intensive, training program. Revive™ techs have loads of beverage equipment experience and carry the parts and tools to install, repair and maintain your foodservice brewing equipment. The refurbishment team is a critical part of the Revive team. In the Refurbishment Technician I role you will be responsible for cleaning, preparing and assembling components for the equipment for multiple vendors, 60+ SKU’s. All work performed will be documented and completed to meet quality assurance standards of our Revive team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School or GED diploma required
  • At least 1 year of experience preferred in an inventory-related position in a warehouse environment
  • Preferred experience with basic electrical and plumbing.
  • Must be able to recognize all types/models of equipment for efficient repair productivity.
  • Trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to read meters (volt, amp, ohm, etc.)
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Use active listening and communicates effectively with management.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Heavy lifting (ability to lift 100 lbs).
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Strives for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Able to collaborate with diverse groups in a positive and productive manner.
  • Establishes high standards of performance for self and others.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble, inspect, clean and detail replace shell or panels as needed for all equipment.
  • Affix decal and name plates
  • Inspect, replace components, wiring as needed in accordance to factory specifications
  • Inspect and plumbing/tubing replace as needed
  • Document work performed and the parts used.
  • Reinstall wiring, plumbing and components, send to test
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety practices and guidelines.
  • Practice continuous improvement/lean.
  • Assist in equipment inventory.
  • May be required to operate forklift/pallet jack.
