About The Position
Researches, analyzes, and reconciles all credit balances. Maintains all refund documentation in accordance with internal audit requirements. Responds to third party inquiries and works to resolve circumstances that create credit balances. Reviews all accounts on which credit balances exist and determines reason for the credit balance. Requests a refund if necessary. Identifies accounts on which contractual adjustments are incorrect.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Critical thinking skills
- Decisive judgment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Type 35 wpm
