Establishes and maintains effective relationships with youth, demonstrates appropriate boundaries, and ensures appropriate care and supervision. Acquires and demonstrates knowledge of Continuum of Care, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed care and maintains a professional environment that is consistent with Title 22, licensing regulations, and established agency policies. Demonstrates effective and consistent Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Maintains vigilant supervision of youth placed in 24/7 care. Actively engages and encourages youth towards their treatment goals and in daily living. Regularly transports youth to appointments, recreation activities, court, family visits, etc. Prepares timely and accurate documentation. Understands and retains instructions for complex tasks.
