About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Refrigeration Technician based at its Palm Beach location. The technician performs mechanical services on refrigeration systems in cold drink and fountain equipment to keep the equipment operating properly. The schedule is 1:30 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

The role involves responding to assigned service calls and visiting customer accounts, completing mechanical services and preventative maintenance, maintaining equipment and vehicle parts inventory, preparing equipment to company standards, and maintaining positive customer relationships and a clean, safe work area. Additional functions or duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification, including EPA 608 or Universal certification.
• Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Coke Florida MVR policy guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of refrigeration/HVAC experience.
• Prior diagnostic or troubleshooting experience.
• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on customer accounts and respond to assigned service calls.
• Maneuver equipment to perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment, including preventative maintenance.
• Keep refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure the vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
