About The Position

We are a family of local McDonald’s Owner/Operators who have successfully owned and operated restaurants across North Georgia, North Alabama, and the Greater Chattanooga area for the past 20 years. We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician to support our restaurant operations. We genuinely believe in taking care of our people and are looking for someone who shares that same level of dedication and pride in their work.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Commercial Refrigeration.
• Current certifications in Commercial Refrigeration.
• Hands-on experience with Walk-In Coolers and Freezers.
• Current certifications in Walk-In Coolers and Freezers.
• Hands-on experience with Reach-In Refrigerators and Freezers.
• Current certifications in Reach-In Refrigerators and Freezers.
• Integrity
• Strong Work Ethic
• Physical Stamina
• Effective Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operations by maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment.
